If you need to update the email address linked to your account, you can do this quickly and easily through your profile settings. Updating your details ensures you continue to receive important notifications, password resets and account updates without interruption.
Update your email address
đNote: If you can no longer use your old email address, please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent.
Log in to your account using your current email address and password.
Click the Profile or Account Settings tab in the topâright of the dashboard.
Select Edit Email Address from the available options.
Enter your new email address in the provided field.
Click Save or Update to confirm the change.
Verify your new email by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
đNote: If you donât receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.
Log in again using your new email address once verification is complete.
