Locate a schedule name

View your schedule names for accurate file uploads.

When adding a new customer in Access PaySuite, you’ll need to know which schedule names are set up in your account so you can select the correct one during a file upload. Schedule names describe how customer collections are structured, for example Monthly Rolling or Monthly Fixed.


View schedule names

If you want to view your schedule names for reference, you can do this by following the steps below.

  1. Click the Direct Debits tab on the left hand side.

  2. Scroll down to the Quick Actions panel.

  3. From the Quick Actions panel, select Create Contract.

  4. Click Choose a customer and search by name, email address or reference.

    📌Note: A customer must be selected so the system can show the schedule names available in your account.

  5. Click Choose a schedule.

  6. View the list of schedules shown or search by schedule name or frequency.

The schedules displayed are the schedule names available in your account. Once you have noted the schedule names you need, you can exit the process. If you are unsure what a specific schedule is used for, please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent.

📌Note: Schedule names in Access PaySuite are case‑sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown, including capitalisation and punctuation. For example, 'monthly rolling' will not be accepted, but 'Monthly Rolling' will.
