To configure your Xero account with the Middleware:
📌Note: For Step 2: generally, this will be the account that your Direct Debit collections are disbursed to.
Navigate to the Configure Xero page.
Select the account that your payments will be made to in Xero.
Select the Branding Theme with the Access PaySuite payment service attached.
Tick Leave the Collect invoices without a theme?
You would only need to clear this if advised by Access PaySuite. This is usually advised if you are using other third-party software in conjunction with Xero. Please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent if you believe this may apply to you.
Click Save. A message appears 'Successfully saved Xero configuration'.
You are now ready to create your first customer.
