Open Access PaySuite after migration

Guidance on how to get started in Access PaySuite after migrating from DDCMS.

Once your account has been migrated to Access PaySuite, you will need to close the open DDCMS tab in Access Evo and then launch Access PaySuite from the Products menu.

Close the DDCMS Tab

If you have an active DDCMS tab open in Access Evo, it must be closed before you start using Access PaySuite.

  1. Open go.accessacloud.com in your web browser.

  2. Enter your email and password and click sign in.

  3. In Access Evo, locate the DDCMS tab in the top navigation bar.

  4. Select the three-dot menu on the DDCMS tab.

  5. Click Close.

The DDCMS tab will close and you can proceed to open Access PaySuite.

Open Access PaySuite

  1. Click the Access button in the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Products from the menu.

  3. Click Access PaySuite to launch the application.

Access PaySuite will open in a new tab, allowing you to continue working in the migrated platform.

📌Note: If you still have a DDCMS tab open in Access Evo, close it before opening Access PaySuite. This helps ensure you are working in the correct application following your migration.
