View customer scheduled payments

Locate a customer’s record and view all associated Direct Debit schedules and payment information.

Scheduled payments can be viewed at any time, including active, upcoming and cancelled schedules. This makes it easy to see which customers are due to make a payment, which schedules are currently in progress and which have been cancelled.

Checking this information helps keep track of upcoming collection dates and stay prepared for any expected or changed payments.


View scheduled payments

  1. Click the Direct Debits tab on the left hand side.

  2. Under Customers/Contracts panel, click on Search customers on the right hand side.

  3. Enter the customer’s name, bank reference or other identifying details.

  4. Use the Filter icon to refine the search and apply any relevant filters.

  5. Click the customer’s record to view their details.

  6. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Bank Reference to view the details:

    • Schedule Start – The date your payment schedule begins.

    • Frequency / Amount – How often the payment is taken and the amount collected.

    • Next Due – The date your next scheduled payment will be taken.

    • Schedule Status – Shows whether the schedule is active or cancelled.

To view or edit the schedule, click the calendar icon next to the schedule details to open the Manage Schedules screen, where you can adjust settings, update future payments and review all past, current and upcoming versions.

📌Note: If no schedules appear, the customer may not have any active or past Direct Debit schedules set up.
