It is possible to change the start date of a contract at any time before the payment submission deadline for the first collection, as determined by the date calculator. This allows you to amend the start date if needed before any payments are taken, helping to ensure collections begin on the correct date.
šNote: If you click on the X button to leave the contract amendment area, a pop up will appear to confirm that any progress will be lost if you still want to leave the area.

šNote: For regular customers, the dates you have available to choose will be those you have already agreed with us for the set up of your account (for example 1st and 15th or every Friday).ā
šNote: The system may not allow you to update the start date if it is too far in advance. Once a Direct Debit Instruction has been set up, most banks will only allow a period of 13 months with no Direct Debit collection before the instruction goes dormant.
