If you've a Facilities Managed (FM) SUN, to request an amendment to the maximum debit amount that can be collected for a single collection or per customer, please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent.
Please include the amount you wish to increase the maximum collection to, whether this is a temporary or permanent change and the volume of Direct Debits you'll be collecting for this amount. Please also give a brief overview of why the amounts are increasing. To ensure the process is as quick as possible, please provide the following Data Protection Agreement (DPA) answers in your case.
Your Service User Number (SUN).
The last four digits of the account your funds are disbursed into.
The sort code of the account your funds are disbursed into.
Total value of your latest collection.
If you own your SUN and are sponsored by your bank, the bank will have provided you with a limit for Direct Debits. If the limit provided by your bank is higher than what you are currently able to process through Access PaySuite, please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent.
