Access PaySuite includes a comprehensive set of standard reports to support the review and monitoring of customer records, Direct Debit transactions, and overall financial activity. These reports enable routine checks, reconciliation processes, and high‑level financial analysis.
Reports are accessed through Reports and Analytics, by selecting Standard Reports. They can be viewed and downloaded in CSV and XLSX formats, making them suitable for offline review, sharing, and further analysis using external tools.
The available reports are outlined below:
Customer List Report – Provides a list of all customers held in the system, including both current and archived records. It includes key details such as reference numbers, addresses, and telephone numbers, making it useful for reviewing, validating, and auditing your customer data.
Gift Aid Report – Identifies customers who selected Gift Aid when signing up online. Once a successful collection has been made, the report shows the amount that has been Gift Aided, supporting charity reporting and HMRC claims.
Direct Debit Cancellations and Rejections Report – Displays contracts cancelled via Bacs reports and payments marked as unpaid. It can be filtered by date and customer, helping you identify failed collections and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Transaction Summary Report – Provides a list of transactions along with their statuses. It can be filtered by payments received or uncollected payments, making it useful for tracking payment performance and reconciliation.
Collections Report – Generated when a payment submission file is sent to the bank. It shows the payments included in the submission and helps confirm what has been sent for collection.
Disbursement Report – Offers a financial summary of amounts disbursed from collected Direct Debits, including a breakdown of the value collected through each payment method, supporting financial reporting and reconciliation.
