Customer Answers Tab

View configured questions and answers for your customers.

Within this area, you will be able to:

  • View all answers the customer has provided to your client's and/or service's configured questions.

  • Edit any existing answer inline directly on the card — save or cancel without leaving the tab.

  • Add a new answer by selecting from your client or service's configured questions (only unanswered questions are shown).

To view the Customer Answers Tab:

  1. Under Customers/Contracts section, within the search bar, enter the customer’s name, bank reference or other identifying details.

  2. Click the Filter icon to find the customer’s record.

  3. Click on the relevant customer.

  4. Select the Customer Answers Tab.
