Within this area, you will be able to:
View a log of all changes made to a contracts and payments
See which user has made the change
Filter by the category of changes
To view the Customer Audit Tab:
Click the Direct Debits tab on the left hand side.
Under Customers/Contracts section, within the search bar, enter the customer’s name, bank reference, or other identifying details.
Click the Filter icon to find the customer’s record.
Click on the relevant customer.
Select the Customer Audit Tab.
Filter the Audit Log
You can use the pre-categorised filters to search for an entry:
Contract Updates
Payment Updates

Click the Filter icon to find the customer’s record.
Click on the relevant customer.
Select the Customer Audit Tab.
Click on Filters.
Select a Category from the drop-down list.
Click on the calendar to choose a date for Date from.
Click on the calendar to choose a date for Date to.
Type in the Bank Reference.
Click Apply.
