Contract status fixes

Resolve upload validation issues resulting from contracts that are inactive or not yet fully created.

These occur when a contract is not yet active or still being created, so the system cannot process the upload until the contract is fully set up.


Customer upload fix: Contract not active

Error message - Contract not active / Pending creation.

This means that your customer's contract may be cancelled. Please view the status in the Contract Tab. If the payer is cancelled you can see when the contract was cancelled and the reason in the Customer Audit Tab.
