Add and edit questions on an eDD page

Add and edit custom questions on your eDD page.

You can create custom questions for your eDD page and manage their response options to collect the information you need.


Add a question to the eDD page

To add a new question, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the bottom of the element where you want to add the question.

  2. A + icon will appear.

  3. Click the + icon to display the available options.

  4. Select More.

  5. Click Question to create a new question element.


Configure your question fields

You’ll need to complete the following fields:

  • Name – Select the relevant field from the dropdown to determine where the question data will appear in your export files.

  • Question Type – Choose one of the following:

    • Textbox

    • Multiline textbox

    • Dropdown

    • Radio buttons

    • Tickbox

    • Multi-tickbox

  • Question Text – Replace the default Question label with your own text.

For Dropdown, Radio buttons, and Multi-tickbox options, click Change Items to add your response options.


Amend dropdown answers on a question

To update the available answers in a dropdown question:

  1. While editing the eDD page, click on the relevant question.

  2. Select Dropdown.

  3. Click Change Items.

  4. Edit, add, or remove the required options.

  5. Select the checkbox next to the question.

  6. Click Save Design to apply your changes.
