Update the site path (URL) for your eDD page if the page has moved, your website structure has changed, or you want to use a more appropriate URL. Keeping the site path up to date helps ensure customers are directed to the correct Direct Debit page and prevents them from using outdated links.
Follow the steps below to update the site path and save the changes to your eDD page:
From the Access Button, select Payments.
Select the Direct Debit tab.
If the page is currently published, click Unpublish to temporarily take it offline.
Click the Actions dropdown and select Change information.
A new window will open where you can update the Site Path field as needed.
Click Next until you reach the final step and select Save.
If needed, click Publish to make the page live again.
đNote: If your eDD page is linked from your organisationâs website, make sure to update the URL there to reflect the new site path.
