Manage multiple organisations

Switch between organisations in Access PaySuite to view relevant data.

Access PaySuite allows you to switch between multiple organisations directly within the platform using the Access Evo organisation switcher. This helps you manage payments across organisations without needing to log out.

šŸ“ŒNote: Users who have access to Access PaySuite but do not yet have Direct Debit enabled will see a commercial page when accessing Direct Debit or Reports and Analytics. Operational Direct Debit content will not appear until their account is set up.


Switch organisations

If your account includes access to more than one organisation, you can switch between them using the organisation switcher in the Access Evo navigation bar.

  • Each organisation has its own data and settings

  • The platform refreshes automatically when you switch

  • No additional login is required

If you do not see the organisation switcher, your account only has access to one organisation.

šŸ“ŒNote: One set of login credentials gives access to all your Access Evo organisations. New organisations are added via email invitation and appear in the organisation switcher once joined.


Roles and permissions

Your access level may differ between organisations.

For example, you may have full administrator access in one organisation and limited permissions in another. The permissions applied always reflect your role in the currently selected organisation.


Report downloads

Report History displays data for the currently selected organisation only.

  • Only reports for the active organisation are shown

  • Reports from other organisations are not displayed

  • Ad hoc reports containing data from another organisation will not appear

This separation ensures each organisation’s data remains isolated and secure.
