Pay by link is a secure payment link that can be sent directly to your customer via email. It's a fast, frictionless way to collect outstanding payments, invoices or one-off charges.
To generate a link for your customer:
Click on Cards & Wallets.
Select Pay by Link.
Use the drop-down list to choose the installation.
Use the drop-down list to select the currency.
Type in the amount to be requested.
Use the toggle if the collection needs to be pre-authorised on the customer's card.
Add a description of the products/services purchased.
Add a merchant reference for future reconcilition.
Add the customer's email address. This is optional.
Add the customer's telephone number. This is optional.
Use the toggle if the link should expire after a certain timeframe.
Select a date on the calender.
Click Generate Link.
A payment link will be generated and sent to the email address you log in to Access PaySuite with. Copy and paste the URL link to your company's template to send to your customer.
Once the customer pays via card, a transaction will be appear in transaction details.
