Transaction Details

The transaction details page displays payment, authentication, customer, geolocation and related transaction data from Access PaySuite servers.

The transaction page opens up all the transaction information available that is held by the PaySuite servers. This includes a summary of details of the payment,

information regarding 3D Secure, personal details about the cardholder/customer, the Geolocation and any other related transactions.

Clicking on a transaction ID from the All transaction table will open the full transaction details page for that particular transaction.

Summary

The transaction summary will show the basic information:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and timestamp of the transcation

  • Transaction type

  • Payment method

  • Consumer Spend and amount

  • Transaction Status


Card details

The card details sections holds information about the cardholder such as:

  • Card number

  • Expiry date of the card

  • Cardholders name or the name held at the issuing bank

  • Issuing bank

  • Card Category


3D Secure

The 3D Secure outcome (3DS/3DSV2) will display the result of the authentication.

This includes:

  • 3D Secure outcome Status

  • Card Scheme

  • Liability Shift

  • Result of a frictionless transaction

  • ECI Value

All transaction must be processed via version 2 or above.


AVS/CV2 Security Check

The AVS/CV2 verify if the address, postcode and 3 digit on the back of the issuing card matches the record held at the bank.

This section will display the result of the processing journey of whether the address, postcode and 3 digit were checked and/or matched with the bank.


Merchant Information

The merchant section displays information about the merchant and how the connect to us such as:

  • Description and Merchant Reference

  • Installation

  • Sales Channel

  • Commerce type

  • Merchant name

  • Account ID


Payment Processing Information

The payment processing section displays information about the transaction journey. This includes:

  • Processing stage

  • Acquiring Bank

  • Acquirers message and status

  • Auth code for the transaction

  • Payment Service Provider (PSP) reference and message

  • Point of Interaction:

    • Hosted Cashier

    • API


Billing Address Information

The billing address section provides details about the cardholders who has made the purchase. Depending on the developer's mapping of the information, this can include:

  • Address

  • City/Town

  • Postcode

  • Country


Geolocation

Geolocation gives details about the location of transaction and banking card that was used.

It will display the country of:

  • the issuing card used for the transaction

  • the IP address of where the product/service was purchased

  • customer's current location

For example: a customer may use a card that has been issued by a UK bank to purchase a product from a US shopping cart, whilst on holiday in France.

Therefore, the issuing card country will display as the United Kingdom, the IP address country may display as the USA and the customer's location will display as France.


Customer Details

The customer details section provides details about the customer who has made the purchase. This includes:

  • Customer Name and Reference

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Date of Birth


Address

The address section is related to the customer's address who has purchased the merchant's product or service.

This can be different to the billing address if someone else has purchased the order.


Related Transaction

The related transaction section only displays a summary of the initial transaction that the current transaction is related to.

For example: The refund transaction would related to first incoming transaction. The incoming transaction would be a customer making their purchase.
