We'll send you an online Change of Bank Details form for completion and return. Please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent regarding this.
The new account must be a company bank account registered to your organisation. Personal bank accounts aren't allowed.
You can also request that future invoice collections come from the new account by ticking the relevant box on the form.
