You can export your eDD data in CSV format directly from Access Evo.
Export eDD data in CSV format
To export your eDD data as a CSV file, follow the steps below:
Log in to Access Evo and click the Access button.
From the My Products dropdown, select the Payments icon.
Click on Exports.
Select the appropriate purple button based on the export type you need:
Export New Direct Debits - This option exports all new submissions since your last export.
Export All Direct Debits - This option exports all data stored in the system.
Export Previously Exported Direct Debits - This option exports only data that has already been exported.
A Save As window will appear so you can choose where to save the CSV file.
đNote: If your eDD page contains a Consent module, your exports will include the fields EmailConsent, PostConsent, PhoneConsent, and TextConsent, each showing a value of TRUE or FALSE depending on the options selected.

Troubleshoot download issues
If you experience issues downloading or viewing the file, try clearing your browser cache by following these steps:
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Delete browsing data.
Choose a time range, such as Last hour or All time.
Select the types of data you want to remove.
Click Delete data.
Blank eDD Payments export
If your eDD export file from Payments is downloading as blank, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Youâre using an outdated eDD URL on your website. (The current eDD URL should end in .co.uk.)
There havenât been any sign-ups on your eDD page yet.
Youâve selected Export New Direct Debits, but no new sign-ups have occurred since your last export.
