Receive new Direct Debit signup notifications

Receive notification of new Direct Debit signups from your eDD site.

To receive notifications when new signups are completed on your eDD site, follow the steps below:

📌Note: This feature works independently from ANL notifications. When enabled, a summary of newly created Direct Debits will be sent to the specified email address.

📌Note: The email address used does not need to match your correspondence email in Access PaySuite.

  1. From the Payments homepage, locate your site.

  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to Actions.

  3. Select Change Information.

  4. Click Next until you reach the Emails tab.

  5. Select Notify customer of new Direct Debit set up.

    📌Note: The Customer Email Address is automatically set to the email defined in your organisation’s company-level default settings, but it can be updated if needed.

  6. Click Next until the final page.

  7. Click Save.
