If your eDD page is currently configured to allow customers to sign up for Direct Debit on a rolling schedule, but you would prefer it to be set up for ad hoc payments only (or vice versa), we can recreate your page with the appropriate frequency to suit your requirements.
To request this change, please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent. They will be able to update your configuration and ensure your new eDD page is set up correctly.
📌Note: An eDD page cannot support both ad hoc and rolling payment options simultaneously. If you require both options, this will need to be set up using two separate eDD URLs.
