At present, Access PaySuite does not support direct redirection between eDD pages. However, there is an alternative solution available if you need to guide payers to a new page.
To request this setup, please reach out to our support team and request to speak to an agent. When submitting your request, include:
The URL of the new eDD page
The exact wording you would like displayed to payers
Direct payers to a new eDD page
Although automatic redirection is not currently possible, we can place a message or link on your existing eDD page to help direct payers.
This message can:
Advise payers that a new eDD page is available
Provide a clear link (URL) to the new page
Offer simple guidance on what steps to take next
This approach helps ensure a smooth transition, making it easy for payers to locate and access the updated page without confusion.
