This report can be used to identify customers who have selected Gift Aid when signing up through our online sign up form. Once the payer has had a successful collection they appear in this report showing the amount that was Gift Aided.
To create a gift aid report, you will be able to filter via:
Bank Reference
Additional Reference
Due Date Range
Gift Aid Status
The following columns will be available to customise your report:
Bank Ref
Customer Ref
Additional Ref
Due Date
Amount
Status
Customer Name
Address
Post Code
Is Gift Aid
Type
Date of Collection
To create a gift aid report:
Click on the Reports & Analytics tab on the left hand side.
Within the Standards Reports section, select View Reports.
Under the Create A report panel, choose Gift Aid and select Configure Report.
Under the Filters section, click on the drop-down arrow to select the filters.
Click on Apply Filters.
Under the Column section, click on the drop-down arrow to select the columns required for the report.
Within the Live Preview panel, click on the drop-down menu to select the format.
Click on Download.
📌Note: Under the Filters section, click on Clear to start your search again.
