Written by Gemma Langley

Natural Language Search in Access PaySuite enables payment information to be quickly found and reviewed by asking questions in plain English. By understanding everyday search terms and phrases, it removes the need to manually apply multiple filters and simplifies the process of finding relevant payment data.

This feature supports day‑to‑day payment queries and allows searches across payment statuses, time periods, amounts, and key payment events, without requiring detailed knowledge of reports or analytics.

Use Natural Language Search

  1. Click the Reports & Analytics tab on the left hand side.

  2. Enter your question in the Natural Language Search box.

📌Note: Example searches are displayed below the search box. Selecting an example automatically adds it to the search field, where it can be run immediately or edited to refine the query.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Review the results shown in the Transaction History table below.

The Transaction History table displays all payments returned by the search. Each entry includes payment reference details, customer name, amount, due date, and current status. Filters within the Transaction History section can be used to further refine the results, and the data can be downloaded using the Download option at the top of the table in CSV or XLSX format for reporting or sharing.
