Some exports can take longer to generate due to the size of the data being downloaded. When this happens, Bacs Direct creates the export in the background and makes it available for download once it is ready. The Exports screen allows you to monitor the status of these exports and download completed files.
View exports
Click the Direct Debits tab on the left-hand side.
From the main menu, select Bacs Direct and click Exports.
Review export status
The Exports screen displays exports you have requested and their current status.
Exports are automatically created when a download is too large to be generated immediately. This includes:
Payment line exports containing more than 10,000 rows.
Error exports containing more than 1,000 rows.
Download an export
Open the Exports screen.
Locate the export you want to download.
When the export status shows as available, click Download.
Once downloaded, the file can be opened and reviewed locally.
đNote: The Exports screen only displays exports that you have requested. Other users cannot view or download your exports.
