The Audit screen provides a record of activity within Bacs Direct, helping you track actions performed against files and monitor user activity. Audit records can be searched and filtered to help locate specific events.
View audit activity
Click the Direct Debits tab on the left-hand side.
From the main menu, select Bacs Direct and click Audit.
Review audit information
The Audit screen records activity across Bacs Direct, including:
File uploads.
Validation activity.
File approvals and rejections.
File submissions.
Permission changes.
Incoming file activity.
Each audit entry includes the date and time, the user and the action performed.
