Once a report has been created, you can download the latest report data in CSV or Excel format. This allows you to analyse results, share information with other users, or maintain records outside the platform.
Download a custom report
Download a report when you need a copy of the latest report output.
Click the Reports & Analytics tab on the left-hand side.
Within the Custom Reports section, select View Reports.
In the Custom Reports library, locate the report you want to download.
Under Report Name, select the correct report.
Click Save and Download.
Select Save and download as CSV or Save and download as Excel.
The report will be downloaded in the selected file format and saved to your device.
đNote: Reports containing fewer than 999 rows download directly through your browser. Larger reports are processed in the background and become available from the Download tab within Custom Reports. Downloaded files remain available in the Download tab, allowing you to access and download them again later.
