View schedule versions for a contract

View past, active and future schedule versions associated with a contract, including the effective dates and status changes.

View all past, current and future versions of a contract’s payment schedule. Each version shows when it starts and what has changed, helping you see how the schedule has been updated over time. This makes it easier to understand why payment amounts or dates may differ, check when changes were applied and confirm what the next version of the schedule will be.


View schedule versions

  1. Click the Direct Debits tab on the left hand side.

  2. Scroll down to the Quick Actions panel.

  3. Under Quick Actions, select Manage Schedule.

  4. Click Choose a customer and search by name, email address or reference.

  5. Click Choose a contract and select the contract you wish to view.

  6. Under Choose an Action, select View Versions.

A Schedule Version History panel appears showing all past, active and upcoming schedule versions for the contract.

📌Note: Schedule versions are ordered by start date. Future versions will automatically become active on their start date.
