A Payment Schedule – Notice Given report shows all contracts where a future cancellation of payments has been scheduled. It includes key details about each customer, along with the date from which collections will stop, helping you track upcoming cancellations and maintain accurate records of payment schedules.
The report highlights the Notice Given Date, which reflects the future date that collections will cease. This is not the date the cancellation was applied, but the effective stop date for collections.
Records remain in the report even after the notice date has passed. This ensures you have a complete and permanent historical record of all cancellation notices applied.
📌Note: By default, the report displays contracts where notice has been given within the last three months up to today. You can adjust the date range using filters to view earlier or more recent records.
