Future Payments Due Report

A Future Payments Due report lists upcoming Direct Debit payments with their due dates and amounts.

Written by Gemma Langley

A Future Payments Due report shows all Direct Debit payments scheduled for collection within a selected future date range. It lists each customer, the amount due, and the expected collection date, helping you track upcoming payments and ensure everything is scheduled correctly.

The report also shows the start date for new ad hoc customers. These appear with a value of 0.00, indicating the date their Direct Debit instruction was sent to the bank after the standard waiting period. This reflects when the mandate becomes active rather than an upcoming payment.

📌Note: By default, the report displays payments due over the next 12 months. If your collection date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, ensure you select the next available working day as the due date.
